Hotel was clean and the balcony overlooked the mountain. The stuff was very polite, always with a smile on face. I liked having 2 single beds in the room, that was spacious too. Having a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets was a bonus.

Amazing location of the hotel in the middle of jackson. There were climate control, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities in the room, enjoyed that.

the inn was clean and rather nice - very centrally located. staff were polite and tried to be helpful. the aircon was amazing - felt like walking into a freezer. got local insights easily. they moved me to a better room after complaints, and they understood us fully.

The double room I stayed in was modern, extremely spacious, and had a fairly clean bathroom with a bidet, a walk-in shower, and towels.

The staff at this hotel were top-notch, always polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the location was super convenient, right in the heart of El Nido, close to Masagana Beach and Garden Bay Beach Resort, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, making it challenging to stay connected.
